Automirage S3R

In 1982, a larger body with side-by-side seats Automirage’s new S3R came to replace the Automirage 3. The Bologna-based company offered the S3R with Minarelli 125cc single-cylinder (fuel consumption 5 l/100 km), BCB A52 252cc 2-cylinder (6,8 l/100 km) or 325cc Lombardini diesel (3,5 l/100 km). Top speed with 252cc engine is 75 km/h.

The new model received a more classic look of a “real” car with a separate front hood. However, it did not open and was a single part with the rest of the body. The car received two electric wipers, two front block headlights, two taillights and two doors on both sides of the body. Inside was a place for two and a small luggage compartment (10 liters) behind the seats.
