1980 Ligier JS4
This example is in exceptionally preserved, almost as-new condition, showing only 169 km from new.
After the brand’s achievements in racing and sports cars, Guy Ligier’s company ventured into the world of license-free microcars.
The JS4 became its first effort in this segment: a tiny two-seater weighing just 150 kg and powered by a 50 cm³ Motobécane Type 99Z engine. Its limited power made the model prone to frequent mechanical issues, and its angular steel bodywork was notoriously susceptible to rust.
Finding a JS4 today in near-factory condition is astonishing. For enthusiasts of these early microcars, this example represents a rare and likely unrepeatable opportunity.
