AIXAM 325 i / 325 GLi
In 1987, AIXAM presented a new generation of its smallest microcar which was called AIXAM 325i. It has the overall dimensions: 2570x1360x1360 mm and weight 350 kg. There were several engines to choose: Lombardini 325 cc with direct injection rated at 3.96 kW (5.38 cv) at 3600 rpm and Kubota OC60 276 cc diesel rated at 3.7 kW (5 cv) at 3600 rpm, which could be in a single or twin cylinders version. Both engines joined with a CVT transmission.
The body with a modern appearance was designed by Delta Design and made of sandwich ABS material. There is a place for two inside and large baggage compartment (750 liters). The front suspension in McPherson, rear – independent. Turning radius – 4 meters. Tyres – Michelin MX Tubeless 145 SR 10. Fuel consumption – 2.5-3 liters per 100 km.
GLi version has additional equipment, such as bright red or red metallic paint, quartz watch, headrests and hub caps.
