BET 500
In 1973, BET introduced its second passenger three-wheeler called the ‘BET 500’. It had slightly more success. The BET 500 used a rear-mounted Fiat 500 engine and its metal five-seater bodywork was more resolved.
BET 500 was advanced enough for his time. It was certified for production, but only 15 were built, of which one was preserved in good condition. Negotiations were held with a South African company on exports and even on the transfer of production to this country, but the plans were not implemented. The company stopped production in 1975.
