Mini (Industrial sample no.22620)

Designer Gunārs Glūdiņš was born in 1938. After primary school Gunārs Glūdiņš studied at the Riga Industrial Polytechnic, majoring in the planning of local industrial enterprises. He designer several popular mopeds under RIGA brand name.

In 1987, he designed this mini car called ‘Industrial sample no. 22620’. It had a tiny two-door two-seat body with a large glass area. There were doors on both sides, and the driver controlled the car using the steering wheel.
