NSU-Pretis 1000
Preduzeće Tito Sarajevo (or Pretis, also NSU-Pretis) is a former Yugoslav mechanical engineering company based in Vogosca, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Founded in 1948 in Vogosca near Sarajevo, in 1963 it began licensed production of motorcycles (NSU Maxi) and scooters (Maxi III and Maxi V) by NSU Motorenwerke, and later began producing NSU Prinz vehicles under the Pretis and NSU-Pretis brands.
In 1967, Pretis merged with three other weapons manufacturers to form the UNIS holding company, which founded in 1972 together with Volkswagen AG the automotive company Tvornica Automobila Sarajevo (TAS).
About 15 thousand NSU Prinz were produced under Pretis and NSU-Pretis brands.
