Chery has unveiled the redesigned Ice Cream and Little Ant

Chery has refreshed its Ice Cream and Little Ant small cars, with the former last updated in 2022 and the latter in 2023. The new Chery Ice Cream is priced between $4,100 and $6,000. The updated Little Ant is priced between $8,200 and $10,300. The model’s starting price tag has been cut by $2,400.

The exterior changes are minor. The improvements are in the details and features. In particular, Ice Cream is offered in two new variants: Vanilla with a range of 120 km and Milkshake – 205 km. All versions are available in Pure Green color and come standard with a rearview camera and a 9.0-inch touchscreen display.

The updated Little Ant features elongated headlamps, a closed front fascia and a black mesh insert in the front bumper. The Chery logo has been replaced with “QQ” lettering. At the bottom – smoked lights, a small spoiler on the roof and a decorative insert in the bumper. Dimensions of the model are 3200 x 1670 x 1550 mm with a wheelbase of 2159 mm.

The interior has a digital instrument panel and LCD screen on the center console. The interior is two-color, but there is also a black version with green stitching. The ability to remotely control the car’s functions from a smartphone is also claimed.

The Little Ant is available in two rear-wheel-drive versions with the same 41 hp and 95 Nm electric motor and batteries of different capacities. With a 25.05 kWh unit, the Little Ant can travel 251 km. With a 29.23 kWh unit – 301 km. When connected to a high-speed terminal, the battery can be recharged from 30 to 80% of its capacity in 40 minutes.
