1959 Vespa 400

A compact city car developed by Piaggio, the maker of the iconic 1950s Vespas, this model was designed to offer minimal size and running costs without losing the fun, nimble character that made the brand famous. It is powered by a two-stroke twin-cylinder engine capable of reaching around 80 km/h.

Production was also undertaken by the French firm Acma, which built the Vespa 400 at its own factory. The example offered here appears complete and in original condition, making it an excellent candidate for a full restoration. Its engine remains free and turns without issue.
