Toyota EX-II
The EX-II was a fully enclosed, two-seat electric runabout unveiled at the 1969 Tokyo Motor Show.
Interaction with the outside world occurred through distinctive “bull’s-eye” windows, while the headlights were integrated behind the glass cabin that wrapped around the entire vehicle.
Designed as a fresh take on the microcar, the EX-II remained a stylistic experiment and never progressed beyond concept form.
Three variants were proposed: Type A for shopping and commuting, Type B for transporting luggage within private premises, and Type C for leisure use.
