Aero Comet

Aero Comet is a very rare 3-wheel kit car based on a Mini chassis built in the middle 80s. It used a mini engine (believed to be 1275cc) on a early mini front subframe which is then bolted to a home made chassis with a single mini radius arm with coil over suspension at the rear. The petrol tank and radiator is also at the rear. The body and floor is made of aluminium. Its on drum brakes all round, and there is a ‘custom’ brake bias adjuster under the steering wheel. Its design is similar to Morgan 3-wheeler roadsters.
