Fioravanti Nyce

In recent years, one of the most distinctive emerging segments in the automotive world has been leisure-oriented vehicles. Fioravanti developed a Nyce concept that delivers versatility and enjoyment in equal measure—whether it is used for carrying oversized cargo or maneuvering through dense city traffic.

The result is a highly compact, minimalist, and cost-efficient vehicle, both in terms of manufacturing and day-to-day use.

The design is based on a mass-production platform and standardized mechanical components, paired with a flexible, multi-purpose body and a strong visual identity. Cost efficiency was a key priority, which led to the development of a universal door system that can be installed on either side of the vehicle, removing the need for additional production tooling.

This approach works because entering the vehicle from either side involves identical body movement and spatial requirements. As a result, both sides can utilize doors of the same size and shape without compromising usability.

The focus on symmetry naturally resulted in a bidirectional door mechanism, allowing the doors to open both forward and backward. This solution not only simplifies production but also enhances accessibility to the cabin.

Inside, the central spine of the interior integrates key controls, including climate control, audio functions, switchgear, the gear selector, and a repositioned handbrake. Across the horizontal layout, the cabin features large low-velocity air vents, a passenger airbag, and multiple spacious storage compartments arranged within a modular console unit.

The rear section is engineered for practicality, with a floor layout optimized for easy bicycle loading. Dedicated mounting systems are included for transporting surfboards, snowboards, and mountain bikes. The rear seating can also be quickly removed using a pair of handles, increasing cargo flexibility.

At the front, a foldable soft top is mounted, which can be easily retracted and secured onto the roll bar. The rear section features a flexible soft enclosure with transparent panels on the sides and back. For colder climates, an optional hardtop is available, providing improved insulation and protection against severe weather conditions.
