Asaka Puchi
The Asaka Puchi was one of many very small, plastic-bodied three-wheelers powered by a moped engine that were offered in Japan in the 1980s. Microcars of this kind were built around 50 cc scooter engines; the best-known example is the Mitsuoka BuBu 501 (1982–1985), a three-wheeler with a single rear wheel.
The Puchi received a one-volume body that looked like a cute toy. It has one door on the left, a panoramic window at the front and a single tail light. The wheels were borrowed from a scooter. The shock absorbers are visible outside the front wheels, while the rear wheel is mounted in a single unit with the engine.
The exact engine size, production years and number built are not documented in the sources we could find.
