Lingbao Coco

A new electric microcar Lingbao Coco was presented in China. The electric car was created by Jiangsu Jemmell New Energy Vehicle Industry from Jiangsu province. Lingbao is the brand under which its cars are sold.

The length, width, height and wheelbase of the hatchback are 3548, 1536, 1588 and 2300 mm. Tire dimension – 155/70 R13. With an initial price of 26,800 yuan ($4,200), the Coco is one of the most affordable electric cars in the world.

The 5-door hatchback is equipped with a modest electric motor with an output of 30 kW (41 hp) and 95 Nm (front-wheel drive), which provides a maximum speed of 100 km/h. Lithium-iron-phosphate batteries give a power reserve on a single charge of 120 or 220 km, depending on the modification.

According to Chinese media reports, the Lingbao Coco will have at least four trim levels: Hero, Alliance, Glory and Honor Edition. They should differ in equipment. The initial one is almost empty. In others, for example, air conditioning and a multimedia system with a nine-inch screen and Bluetooth interface, rear parking sensors appear.

There are differences in the power reserve, which were mentioned above. Even the top version Honor is priced at only 40,800 yuan ($6,400).
