Bouffort City-Car / Peardrop

Bouffort City-Car / Peardrop

Having previously built the JB, aeronautical engineer Victor Bouffort went on to create a whole series of prototypes, none of which ever came to production, despite his best intentions. Two designs were three-wheeled. The first was an extremely small three-wheeler City-Car (also known as Peardrop) of ovoid appearance, with a rear-mounted Sachs engine and a single front headlamp. Victor Bouffort made a tour through Germany to sell his design. There was a lot of interest, but nobody took out a license.
