German tuner Mansory said goodbye to gasoline Smarts its own way
Tuning company Mansory is expanding its product portfolio with a refining program for the smallest Mercedes-Benz models — the Smart Fortwo and the Fortwo Convertible. Distinctive aerodynamic components as well as a comprehensive customization package ranging from light-alloy wheels to complete leather trim give more style to Smart microcars.
Mansory refined Fortwo present themselves with an extra portion of sophistication. The reason for this are the newly designed body parts: the front apron attachment, rear apron attachment, the new side skirts and the optional fender flares which were designed by the Mansory designers.
The light-alloy wheels specially developed for the Smart Fortwo are a perfect match: whether 17-inch cast iron or 18-inch forged wheels, Mansory impresses with its dynamic look and outstanding workmanship. The 18-inch forged wheel called Yavin is offered in front in 7 × 18-inch and in the rear in the dimension 8 × 18-inch. For optimal tires, Mansory recommends tires in the dimensions 205/35 R18 and 235/30 R18. The 17-inch M80 cast iron has front 7 × 17-inch and rear 7.5 × 17-inch.
By optimizing the 3-cylinder 0.9-liter turbo engine, its output was increased from 66 kW/90 hp up to 92 kW/125 hp. At the same time the torque was increased from 135 Nm to an impressive 200 Nm.
The finest materials are used in the interior of the two-seater. Whether leather, piano lacquer, carbon or Alcantara — on a request there is everything that makes the heart beat faster. From personalized footmats, to pedal pads made of aluminum and all-leather equipment, everything is crafted with precision, individually designed and integrated into the vehicle by a master craftsman.
